Back to training

I am slowly easing back to training. Did 5 Km easy run on Monday and Thursday. Swam on Tuesday, work mostly on drills. The goal this year is to drop my weight below 70kg and finish the Singapore 70.3 half ironman in 5hrs. I know I need to spent more time on the bike, maybe I will get a bike trainer, so I can spin indoors. I still riding without bike shoes. It is a bit tough to get new equipment since I haven't been working since May 07. I still undecided about 70.3 in September, My baby is due late July and I had oversea national services in August. Well lets get fit first.

Hey, good to see you are back to training! I'm building a website that will help you keep all your training data - more about that later ;-)

what happened to wizcodersolution.com ? Too busy for wizcoding?

Hey Al, How are you doing? Did you use heart rate monitor? There's a couple of watches like polar that tracks training data as well. Cant wait for your site.

wizcodersolution.com was hacked recently, I had to shutdown the server I have not found any good host yet.

I do use a pretty cool HR monitor, it does maintain a solid history. But I think they are terrible for getting results online... and that's where you can really check out how you're doing!

Suck about your website - but was the web host to blame? Or did they get in through the PHP interface?

Cool. I thought about a mobile version of the training log for awhile. The things is its has to be easy or else athletics will not update for long. I think this is useful for distance coaching where the coach analyze the datas like what Lance Armstrong did with his bikde stats.

The hacking was by brute force, I not sure how, but really disappointed with the hosting company, they did nothing to help. I split my sites to 2 different hosts. The affected ones and the non-affected ones. I lost touch with unix so taking a while to fix up the security.
