This week's training

Another week of low training. Monday 4km easy ran, Thursday 1.6km easy swim, Friday 4km easy swim. I slowly easing back and probably start weight training again. Unlike most triathlete I work on upper body more. Mainly because I can't take a lot of weight on my back. I still trying get a feel of my training schedule so I slip in a standard routine. This year the only race is the 70.3 in September. The goal is to better last year time of 7.30hr to 6.30hr.
