Training #1

Bought a olympic distance training program from Markallen.com to prepare for august races. Program is very light for beginners cause I haven't been active for a while. Most beginners should be able to follow along these program.

Training #1

Target heart rate: 130 - 140 beats per minute

Swim distance:500

Swim workout details: 
Warm up 200 easy, accelerating speed every other lap. 
Main Set 8x25 fast on 45 sec rest. 
Warm down 100 easy.

Workout importance:High

Workout pointers:High aerobic swim. Stay close to upper range of target heart rate.
